Personalized Items

If you select a personalization option, enter the name and/or number exactly as it should appear.

Please double-check all spelling, names, and numbers before submitting your order. Personalized and customized items cannot be changed, returned, or exchanged once production begins unless there is a TPF LLC Brands production error.

If you notice an issue after placing your order, email orders@tpfllcbrands.com as soon as possible with the subject line:

Order #XXXX Correction

Please include your order number, order date, direct contact information, and a brief description of what needs to be corrected.

If your order has not entered production, we will make every reasonable effort to update it. If your order has already entered production or has been completed, changes may not be possible. In that case, we will review the situation and discuss the best available resolution.

Color & Product Variations

Due to differences in garment dye lots, fabric composition, manufacturing, printing methods, computer and mobile displays, and production materials, slight variations in color, shade, texture, placement, or overall appearance may occur.

Digital mockups and product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product but should not be considered an exact color or appearance match.

Garment styles, fits, construction details, and material characteristics may also vary slightly between brands, sizes, production runs, or manufacturer updates.

These minor variations are considered normal within the custom apparel and decorated-garment industry and are not considered defects or grounds for refund, replacement, or remake.

If an exact color match, garment specification, or production standard is required, the customer must notify TPF LLC before approving the order so that available options can be reviewed.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, an item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• In its original condition with any tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom and personalized items — any tee with an added name and/or number. Because these are made to order, please double-check spelling and number before purchasing.

• Items marked Clearance or Final Sale

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? The fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like a direct size exchange, contact us and we'll help arrange it based on availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including custom items, which are covered if the defect or error is ours.

How to Start a Return

• Email orders@tpfllcbrands.com  with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

• We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.

• Ship the item back in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of items shipped back without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
