If you select a personalization option, enter the name and/or number exactly as it should appear.

Please double-check all spelling, names, and numbers before submitting your order. Personalized and customized items cannot be changed, returned, or exchanged once production begins unless there is a TPF LLC Brands production error.

Please include your order number, order date, direct contact information, and a brief description of what needs to be corrected.

If your order has not entered production, we will make every reasonable effort to update it. If your order has already entered production or has been completed, changes may not be possible. In that case, we will review the situation and discuss the best available resolution.

Color & Product Variations

Due to differences in garment dye lots, fabric composition, manufacturing, printing methods, computer and mobile displays, and production materials, slight variations in color, shade, texture, placement, or overall appearance may occur.

Digital mockups and product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product but should not be considered an exact color or appearance match.

Garment styles, fits, construction details, and material characteristics may also vary slightly between brands, sizes, production runs, or manufacturer updates.

These minor variations are considered normal within the custom apparel and decorated-garment industry and are not considered defects or grounds for refund, replacement, or remake.

If an exact color match, garment specification, or production standard is required, the customer must notify TPF LLC before approving the order so that available options can be reviewed.

Product Color, Style & Appearance Variations

Product photos and mockups are intended to provide an accurate representation of the items offered for sale. However, slight variations may occur between the product shown and the product received.

Variations may include minor differences in color, shade, texture, fabric appearance, print color, decoration placement, stitching, hardware, or other small design details. These differences may result from manufacturer production runs, dye lots, material availability, printing or decoration processes, lighting, photography, or differences in how colors appear on computer and mobile screens.

For apparel and other manufactured goods, manufacturers may occasionally make minor updates to materials, construction, fit, labeling, or styling without changing the general product.

For decorated, engraved, printed, or otherwise finished products, slight variations in placement, alignment, color, texture, or appearance are normal and may occur from item to item.

These normal variations are not considered defects and do not qualify an item for return, refund, replacement, or remake unless the product received is materially different from the product ordered or is otherwise defective.

TPF LLC will not substitute a materially different product, color, design, or style without appropriate notice when the substitution would substantially change the item purchased.
