Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, an item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In its original condition with any tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Custom and personalized items — any tee with an added name and/or number. Because these are made to order, please double-check spelling and number before purchasing.

Need a different size or design? The fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like a direct size exchange, contact us and we'll help arrange it based on availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including custom items, which are covered if the defect or error is ours.
How to Start a Return
Email orders@tpfllcbrands.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of items shipped back without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
